Author: Rick I had this phone and it broke. I must say i didn't really like this phone too much as it was hard to use. I am not much for complicated phones. After it broke I went and got a phone from net10 which worked out great for me. Net10 the winner of a recent JD Power and assoc. award was a wonderful switch for me. I used to be locked into this horrible contract deal that made me pay outrageous fees.
